At BWS Electrical we service the multi tenancy construction market where we deal with our builders and also direct to the developer, we carry out all aspects of the electrical internal and external fit outs, main switch boards and common areas for light and power, all solar and air conditioning concepts are offered from our in-house staff. 

We fit out these properties both internally, in common areas and externally with power, lights, solar and internal domestic air conditioning units.

From construction of fully certified plans of large multi tenancy complexes to the small to medium multi tenancy design & construct projects, we install fully designed distribution boards or our in house team can build switchboards onsite depending on capacity and requirements.
